Human Mode is my name for what might be called Health Coaching. It is a supportive, personalized approach to improving your well-being. Whether you’re looking to make better nutrition choices, build sustainable habits, or increase daily activity, health coaching helps you take manageable steps toward a healthier, more balanced life.
