No matter the modality, tools, or niche weekend certification involved… You’re paying for my time, experience, and full attention to you and your goals. And YES, a session can have a very specific focus or a bunch of different methods at once. Continue Your Progress with a Fully Personalized Session
You’re always in control of your session length, allowing you to set the pace that fits your budget, schedule, and personal goals. Choose from 25, 50, 80, or 110-minute sessions, and we’ll tailor the experience to support your ongoing progress. This session could include bodywork, fitness, or Pilates based work.

Private Fitness-Focused Sessions
Designed for clients looking to move better, get stronger, and improve overall function, these private sessions are fully customized to your needs. Whether you're focusing on strength, mobility, endurance, or injury prevention, each session is built around your goals and movement patterns. I have this as an option so you can signal to me what you would like your primary focus to be. This doesn’t mean that you cant have a little bodywork during your session too, after all, it is YOUR session.
Health & Performance Coaching
In Clinic or Virtual Coaching Sessions (25, 50 minutes) - $44-$88

My coaching sessions provide focused support tailored to your needs—whether that’s structuring your training, refining movement patterns, building sustainable habits, or navigating challenges in your fitness journey.
Sessions are available in-clinic or virtually, making it easy to get expert insight no matter where you are. Choose from:
