How We Train: The STAC Framework

At Grit City Health, we use our own Sustainable Training & Adaptability Cycle (STAC) training rhythm designed to build fitness while honoring the ups and downs of real life. It works with your Macro (annual) and Micro (weekly) training cycles to help you get the most out of your available time, resources, and relationships. Each month moves you forward towards your goals, while each week balances movement, intensity, and recovery with the right amount of structure and flexibility to help you thrive and avoid burnout.

This mode supports athletes looking to incorporate strength, cross-training, and all-around athleticism into their training.
