Performance Coaching
Purposeful Training, Powerful Results
For those with athletic goals—whether you’re preparing for an event, returning to activity, or building fitness—Performance Coaching provides structured, personalized training to help you build confidence, improve consistency, and achieve meaningful progress. With customized frameworks, guided pacing, and ongoing support, Performance Coaching goes beyond a standard training plan to help you gain resilience and reach your full potential.
Your First Step
The first session, whether for Health or Performance Coaching, is a 50-minute intake session where we explore your goals, training history, and the commitments you’re ready to make. This session is designed to provide immediate value, whether you decide to continue working with me or use the insights and tools to guide your own plan.
After the session, you’ll have two clear options:
Self-Coached Athlete's Plan Review: If you feel confident using the tools and strategies we’ve discussed, I would call/classify your intake session a “Self Coached Athlete’s Plan Review.” From here, you can take these strategies and work independently, knowing you’re equipped to move forward. Want to check in again, just set up another session as needed.
Full Coaching Plan: If you’d like continued support and guidance, we can transition into a comprehensive coaching plan. In this case, the cost of your intake session will be credited toward a 16-week coaching program.
