Then I help them establish the individualized level of support and accountability they need to achieve those goals. This all comes in the form of in-person or virtual one-on-one sessions, regular e-mail/text support, and indoor training plans that fit your schedule and preferred platforms.

As a side note: I created a fun webform designed to help you answer the question of “Should I do Intervals today?” Ultimately these questions should go through your head each time you go to workout. Until it becomes second nature these kinds of questionnaires can really help you make good decisions. Try it out and see what you think.
