What Does "Working with a Coach" Mean?
Working with a coach can vary widely, but it generally involves a tailored training plan, accountability, motivation, and support. I focus on helping you set SMART Process Goals, identifying potential barriers to your success, and determining the level of personalized support you need to achieve your objectives. Together, we’ll celebrate your successes along the way.
Coaching includes regular check-in sessions or calls, ongoing email and text support, and annual or seasonal training plans that fit your schedule and preferred training platforms.
If this resonates with you, the next step is to schedule your first Coaching Session. This session is designed to help us determine if we’re a good fit for each other and how to proceed with your coaching journey. Rather than a brief 15-minute call—which often isn’t enough time to cover everything—we’ll have a full 25 or 50-minute consultation. This allows us to delve deeper into your goals, your history, and the commitments you’re willing to make to reach those goals. We’ll also explore helpful platforms to support your journey.
As this session includes an overview of my coaching services, the cost of this consultation will be credited toward the price of any annual or seasonal training plans if you decide to move forward.
