Coaching here is personal. We meet you where you are, adjust for life’s curveballs, and build consistency without crushing you. You’ll get structure, yes—but also support, flexibility, and feedback that fits.

You can expect:

  • Flexible Program Options: Choose from 6- or 16-week plans, available in TrainingPeaks or printable formats

  • Check-Ins That Matter: Light text/email support with optional sessions to review, reset, or ramp up

Getting Started

Your First Step – Coaching Intake Session - $88

The first step in your Health or Performance Coaching journey is a 50-minute intake session designed to explore your goals, training history, and the commitments you’re ready to make. This session provides immediate value, whether you continue with coaching or use the insights to guide your own training.

After this session, you have few clear paths:

Self-Coached Athlete's Plan Review
If you feel confident using the tools and strategies we’ve discussed, your intake session will serve as a Self-Coached Athlete’s Plan Review. You can take these strategies and work independently, knowing you’re equipped to move forward. Need another check-in later? Just book a follow-up session anytime. If you know this is what you are looking for in advance, this is an option to book. If at anytime you want to add more coaching or plans, you can do that at any time.

GCH Coaching Plus Membership - $75 per month
Ongoing coaching support with no 16-week block required. This membership Includes a full continuous online training calendar with unlimited calendar adjustments, a TrainingPeaks Premium account, one 25-min coaching session each month (in person or by phone), and one free sauna add-on per month. All for just $75/month.

Full 16 Week Coaching Plan - $198 Total ($110 Due at Your Next Session)
If you’d like continued support and structured guidance, but a bit more autonomy; we can transition into a 16-week coaching program for $198. Since your $88 intake session fee is credited toward this, only $110 is due at your next session if you choose to continue. 16 weeks of TrainingPeaks Premium is just $44 extra to get the most out of your program.

6-week paper calendar coaching programs - $44
Looking for structured guidance without full coaching? For those wanting a clear training plan without ongoing coaching oversight, I offer 6-week paper calendar coaching programs:
