March Trail Fun Run
This March trail fun run will be at Dash Point State Park. We will do one loop of about 5-6 miles with plenty of time to regroup as needed. This time we will have a few slow climbs where we can try and keep a jogging pace. The goal of this run is to check out the course for the Evergreen Trail Run 10k happening later in the month.
December Trail Fun Run
Our first trail fun run will be at Point Defiance. We will do one loop of about 4 miles (Blue Outer Loop) and regroup as needed. During this fun run we will not be running any uphills, we will be walking them. This loop should take just under 1 hour.
