A Week with GCH: Seasonal Reset
A Week with GCH is a focused, high-support coaching experience designed to help you reset, recalibrate, and build momentum toward your goals.
Over the course of one week, we work together through up to five sessions that combine bodywork, movement, and coaching support tailored specifically to you. Each session builds on the last, allowing us to address patterns more quickly, reinforce positive change, and create real forward movement.
This week might focus on:
Recovering from injury or training fatigue
Resolving athletic tension or movement limitations
Jumpstarting consistency with homework and strength work
Learning how to use tools and movement strategies that support long-term success
Integrating simple nutrition or health coaching strategies that match your current season
This is not about doing more - it’s about creating meaningful progress through consistency and focused attention.
Because this is designed as a recalibration experience, clients may book one Reset Week per quarter, allowing time for integration and sustainable progress between intensive support periods.

80-minute format – $381
Think of this as a seasonal reset. A way to realign your body, your habits, and your direction before moving forward.
After your Reset Week, we’ll take a moment to look at what felt most helpful and decide what kind of support makes the most sense moving forward. Some clients transition into a weekly or monthly membership to maintain momentum, others choose a package or occasional check-ins as needed. There’s no one right path. The goal is simply to find a rhythm that supports your progress and fits your life.
