What Does Coaching Cost?

Simple answer: a 25-minute session is $40 + tax, and a 50-minute session is $80 + tax. My coaching sessions are priced the same as all other sessions—you're paying for my time and expertise, not for a specific modality.

Whether you're booking a coaching session to talk about your current routine, get feedback on form, or add new exercises, my goal is to equip you with the tools you need to thrive on your own. That means how often you check in is up to you. I’m here to support you, not to be the “good decision police.”

Some clients find regular monthly check-ins helpful, and for them, I offer a low-cost monthly membership. Others might only need a check-in every six months to stay on track. With the right platform, I’ll be able to see your workouts, comments, and progress between sessions, so when you need guidance, I’ll have the context to give you personalized feedback. Coaching is unique to every person, so let’s talk about your goals to find the session length and frequency that work best for you.

This 50-minute session can be used for a variety of purposes:

Perfect for the cyclist or runner using their own training plan or a program from another source who wants expert feedback. I’ll review your calendar and make recommendations to help you get the most out of your efforts. Often, athletes following plans on their own hit roadblocks, like overtraining, burnout, or simply losing motivation. With some adjustments, you’ll be back on track for a productive season. And if you decide to sign up for ongoing coaching with Grit City Health, the cost of this session can be applied toward any coaching package.

$180 per 16 Week STAC Block/Phase Based Coaching:

This option is for the cyclist or runner who is looking for a bit more support and customization to their training. Instead of a whole year added to your TrainingPeaks calendar, you will have just one block of training added and adjusted to your schedule. It is a “consistent touch” option for the motivated athlete who might want a bit more support along their journey. See below for the blocks and pricing. During each block’s intake session, I will cover the goals of the blocks, adjust the training load to fit your goals, and go over any questions you might have. You are welcome to set up additional check in sessions as needed.

16 week Block Options:

  1. Base to Tempo/Sweet Spot (usually January - April): $180
    Build your aerobic foundation and resilience in this phase, focusing on steady, structured base workouts progressing into tempo and sweet spot efforts. Ideal for establishing fitness and endurance early in the season.

  2. Tempo/Sweet Spot to Threshold (usually May - August): $180
    Transition to higher intensity training as you shift from tempo into threshold work. This phase focuses on developing sustained power, preparing you for peak fitness and harder efforts later in the season.

  3. VO2 to Anaerobic (usually August - November): $180
    Fine-tune your high-end fitness with VO2 and anaerobic intervals, pushing your capacity for intensity. Perfect for achieving top race speed and explosive power for the final stretch of the season.

  4. PNW Cyclocross Season Coaching (August - November): $180
    Gear up for a successful cyclocross season with a dedicated 16-week plan tailored to the PNW CX races. This coaching includes a preseason intake session to establish your goals, training schedule, and race priorities. Enjoy flexible planning and event adjustments, plus light support for on-the-go questions. Designed for CX athletes ready to maximize their season with structured, personalized coaching.

  5. 16-Week Event Prep Coaching: (anytime of year): $180
    Get 16 weeks of structured support. Perfect for preparing for an event, transitioning between training phases, or building consistent fitness. This program includes a customized plan with TrainingPeaks framework integration, goal-focused notes, and flexible scheduling for real life. With guidance tailored to your needs and steady check-ins, each week brings you closer to your fitness or performance goals. This program helps you build a sustainable routine, improve fitness, & stay motivated.

Each 16 Week Block Option Includes:

  • 50-minute coaching intake session

  • 16 weeks of STAC Based Framework added to your TrainingPeaks calendar

  • Calendar Customization for events and vacations you have planned
