Your First Step
Our initial session is a 25- or 50-minute consultation that allows us to dive deep into your goals, previous experiences, and the commitments you’re ready to make. This helps us determine if we’re a great fit and gives you a chance to understand the full scope of support you’ll receive. If you decide to move forward with an annual or seasonal plan, the consultation fee will be credited toward your program.
