What does Coaching Cost?

This is an easy one. A 25 minute session is $40 +tax, and a 50 minute coaching session is $80 +tax. That’s right, it’s the same as all of my other sessions. You are paying me for my time and expertise. Not the modality. Want to book a 50 minute coaching session and have questions about some exercises you are doing at home or the gym? Then let’s go through them and I can help with form and give suggestions on modifications or additional exercises to add in. Then, GO BE AWESOME!! This means that when you check back in is up to you. I want to give you the tools to make good decisions, not be the “good decision police.” Some clients like having a regular check-in and that’s great! Let’s get you supported! Others might need a 6 month check-in just to make sure they are still headed in the right direction. Health and fitness coaching looks different for every person, so the session duration and frequency is up to YOU!

Here are some options:

$60+tax - THe Self Coached Athlete’s Plan Review:

This is in conjunction with my “1st Coaching Consultation” session/option. It is for the cyclist or runner who has created their own training plan or is using a different company’s training program but would like a me to review their calendar and make any recommendations to help them get the most out of it. I have worked with athletes who were following a plan only to find themselves over worked, burned out, or bored. With a little guidance, they were able to make some changes and get back on track for a successful and productive season of training. It might even lead you to signing up for coaching with Grit City Health. If so, the cost of this session is discounted off any programming package below.

50 minute plan review session and consultation

$260+tax - 12 months of STAC PRogramming:

This option is for the cyclist who is looking for a whole year of cycling programming to be added to their Training Peaks calendar. It is a “light touch” option for the motivated athlete who just wants something sustainable to follow for the year. While you can start this option any time of year, I highly recommend you start this in January or February to get the most out of the calendar. During the intake session, I will cover the philosophy of the program, show you how the calendar progresses, set up check-in sessions, and go over any questions you might have. After getting you set up, we will add a mid point virtual check in session and an end of program virtual check in session. These virtual check in sessions are over the phone and are good ways to answer any questions you might have and to see how you are doing with your program. You are welcome to set up additional check in sessions at an additional charge per session.

12 Months of STAC Programing, added to your TrainingPeaks calendar
50 minute “1st Coaching Consultation” session
(The cost of the “Consultation” is deducted from the cost of the plan on your final invoice.)

$180-$300 - STAC+ Block/Phase Based Coaching:

This option is for the cyclist or runner who is looking for a bit more support and customization to their training. Instead of a whole year added to your TrainingPeaks calendar, you will have just one block of training added and adjusted to your schedule. It is a “consistent touch” option for the motivated athlete who might want a bit more support along their journey. See below for the Blocks and pricing. During each block’s intake session, I will cover the goals of the blocks, adjust the training load to fit your goals, set up check-in sessions, and go over any questions you might have. You are welcome to set up additional check in sessions as needed.

This option is for the cyclocross racer who is looking for a full 12 week+ PNW CX season of coaching. Starting with a Pre Season intake session, we will go over your goals for the season, the series you are looking to focus on, discuss your time available to train mid week, and set up a monthly check-in schedule. These check in sessions are where we will discuss how your races went, what you have on the schedule for the month, make any adjustments needed, and more.

- In-Person check-in sessions can be scheduled at $40+tax for each 25 minute session.
