Relief Delivered brings focused care directly to your workplace, offering effective 25-minute sessions that target the hands, arms, shoulders, and neck.

This service is designed to provide immediate relief and improved mobility for you and your team—all without disrupting your busy schedule. Choose from flexible session blocks tailored to your needs and let us take care of the hands and shoulders that take care of everyone else.

Relief Delivered isn’t just for practitioners; it’s for the entire team! Support staff such as receptionists, dental assistants, and back-office employees are welcome to book sessions to address their unique needs.

Two Flexible On-Site Options:

1. Standard Relief Delivered Sessions (Longer, Focused Work)

  • 20–25 minute sessions per employee

  • Sessions take place before/after shifts or during breaks

  • Employees can book their own session, or the company can sponsor sessions as a wellness perk

  • Pricing:

    • 2-session (60-min block) – $80 ($40 each session)

    • 3-session (90-min block) – $120 ($40 each session)

    • 4-session (120-min block) – $160 ($40 each session)

2. Relief Delivered Lite (More Employees, Shorter Sessions)

  • 4–5 employees per hour (8–10 for a 2-hour block)

  • Employees receive 10-15 minutes of focused upper-body work

  • Designed to fit into the workday without disrupting productivity

  • Ideal for companies wanting to provide wellness as an on-the-clock benefit

  • Pricing:

    • 1-hour block (4–5 employees) – $80

    • 2-hour block (8–10 employees) – $160

Each employee in the Relief Delivered program will also receive a discount coupon for a session at my GCH if they’d like to continue care on their own time.

What’s Included?

  • Focused Care: Targeting your hands, arms, shoulders, and neck to ease tension and improve mobility.

  • Ultimate Convenience: I come to your workplace, making it easy to prioritize your care. All I need is a chair for you to sit in—I’ll bring everything else, including hot towels, my rolling stool, and all the tools I need to help you feel better.

  • Team-Friendly: Book back-to-back sessions for multiple team members in one visit.

How It Works

Rather than using a standard “chair massage” setup—which can take up space, be uncomfortable, and sometimes leave you feeling less than refreshed with your face squished—I use what works best for you and your space. This could be a standard office chair, barber’s chair, dentist’s chair, etc. If you have room, I can also bring a reclining “Zero Gravity” chair for maximum comfort.

During the session, I work on your arms, hands, shoulders, and neck, either standing or using a wheeled stool (which I bring along). I also come equipped with hot towels and hand repair creams, all organized in my custom Mobile Massage Toolbox. All I need from you is a small space to work!

Book an On-Site Team Massage Session

Convenience for Teams: Team members can split the cost among themselves using Cash App, Venmo, or other payment methods. Companies can also purchase session blocks as a special health day or thank-you day for their staff, offering up to four sessions to be scheduled for the team.

Payment in Advance: Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Who fills those spots is up to you!
