Health & Performance Coaching
Coaching That Fits Real Life
Training doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Life, work, family, stress, and motivation all play a role in how you show up as an athlete. My coaching is designed to support you through all of it—not just prescribe workouts.
At Grit City Health, coaching blends smart structure with real human support. Together, we build sustainable training that adapts as life changes, keeps the long view in focus, and helps you make the next right decision—without guilt, pressure, or burnout.
My GCH Coaching Philosophy
At Grit City Health, my coaching philosophy centers on sustainable progress, thoughtful support, and training that fits real life.
Rather than chasing perfection or rigid execution, I focus on helping athletes build strength, resilience, and confidence through consistent, intentional work that adapts as life changes.
Training plans are structured, but never inflexible. Together, we take small, meaningful steps toward your goals. All while adjusting when needed and keeping the long view in focus. Whether you’re preparing for an event, rebuilding after time away, or simply looking to move and train with more confidence, the emphasis is on harmony between endurance, strength, mobility, and recovery.
The goal isn’t just better workouts.
It’s awareness, adaptability, and a coaching relationship that supports long-term growth. One decision, one session, and one season at a time.

A Different Approach to Coaching
Coaching at Grit City Health is built around YOU. Your goals, your schedule, and your real life! Rather than forcing everyone into the same structure, I use a mix of tools and formats to meet you where you are and support consistency over time.
Depending on your needs, coaching may include:
TrainingPeaks for endurance-focused athletes
Trainerize for general fitness, foundational strength, and habit-building
Paper-based 6-week calendars for athletes who prefer a simple, distraction-free plan
No matter the format, every plan is customized to your goals and lifestyle, with an emphasis on clarity, adaptability, and long-term progress.
Rather than charging $200–$300 per month for unlimited access you may not need, my coaching model is designed to be flexible and intentional.
This approach allows you to:
Keep monthly costs accessible
Add deeper support when it’s actually useful
Pay for coaching time intentionally, not passively
I’m building relationships — not transactions. My goal is for athletes to feel supported, not obligated, and confident that their coaching adapts as their needs change. If you’re unsure which option fits best, I’m always happy to help you decide.
